This is a full-time role (remote hybrid) for a Lead Software Engineer. The Lead Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that align with company goals. You will lead the development team in creating efficient back-end systems, implement innovative programming practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Additionally, the role will require collaboration across teams to deliver scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions to drive business growth.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development processes
• Demonstrated expertise in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience leading development teams or managing engineering projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions
• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep understanding with AI-driven solutions and data analytics tools.
