• Technology Leadership:
  Define and execute the technology strategy for Global Compliance, Ethics, and Customer Privacy solutions, ensuring alignment with Walmart's overall business objectives.

  Introduce and integrate Agentic AI and AI Assistance to address complex challenges in compliance and privacy, while maintaining support for existing platforms and technology stacks.
• Safety and Security:
  Develop and oversee technology solutions that enhance the safety and security of our customers and associates.

  Partner with cross‑functional teams, including IT, legal, and customer service, to prioritize and deliver high‑impact technology features and continuous improvements.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate Walmart's compliance and privacy solutions.

  Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
