As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll work on designing and engineering integrations for complex enterprise systems, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and providing us with the insights necessary to think beyond the status quo. You’ll oversee small project teams consisting of other engineers who will look to you as a trusted advisor, a subject‑matter expert who provides guidance and the right tools to get the job done.
Design and develop Application and Define domain service best practices and lead event‑driven microservice development. Design scalable APIs and system architectures, drive deployments, mentor engineers, troubleshoot production issues, and partner cross‑functionally.
- Own delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.
- Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and define success metrics.
- Monitor application performance, support defect management, and ensure high‑quality software delivery.
- Mentor peers, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to engineering excellence and innovation.
- Proven expertise in object‑oriented programming, React, Node Js, GraphQL and documentation‑based coding practices.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through iterative and incremental development.
- Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance software solutions.
- Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software aligned with platform objectives.
- Skilled in full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and telemetry implementation.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Option 1:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year’s experience in software engineering or related area.
Experience creating inclusive digital experiences, implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
