Job Title

Write modern front-end JavaScript using frameworks and libraries such as React, Redux, and Immutable

Implement new features while prioritizing user experience and modern design

Refactor existing code and fix bugs while prioritizing stability, consistency, and simplicity

Communicate and collaborate with other teams, both technical and non-technical

Required Experience:

5+ years of experience in developing web-based user interfaces
JavaScript proficiency
Unit testing framework integration and development
Write maintainable code in a functional style
Work productively in a dynamic environment
Take ownership of your work
Contribute to design and architecture decisions

Ideal

Experience:

Effective working knowledge of accessibility verification tools, assistive technologies, and accessibility standards
Strong background in web development with HTML5, CSS3 (particularly flexbox), Java Script
Experience with assistive technologies across multiple platforms, including screen readers, magnification, and read-aloud tools
Web or UI programming with an emphasis on user experience
Current JavaScript frameworks, tools, and methodologies, such as React, Redux, and ES6
Functional programming
Leading a technical discussion
Git or similar tools
Single-page web applications
NodeJS and server-side Java Script
