- 6–10 years of hands‑on Data Engineering experience, including strong ETL development skills
- Proficiency in Scala, Python, and Java, along with extensive experience working with Kafka, Spark, and Hadoop in large-scale distributed environments
- Proven expertise in software development with proficiency in Python, SQL, and API integration
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and Dev Ops practices
- Experience designing scalable, distributed systems with attention to non‑functional requirements such as security, availability, and maintainability
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and user stories
- Skilled in debugging, integration testing, and defect management using modern tools and frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks
- Commitment to delivering high‑quality, testable, and maintainable code aligned with business objectives
- Knowledge of open‑source libraries, design patterns and micro‑service architecture
- Analyze and classify business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives and risk mitigation
- Design scalable software solutions, converting high‑level designs into detailed functional components
- Develop, configure, and maintain clean, testable code adhering to coding standards and security policies
- Build automation scripts to streamline continuous integration and delivery processes
- Execute and support comprehensive testing strategies to identify and resolve defects
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet business needs and technical specifications
