• Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements and security standards.

• Guide coding practices, frameworks, and tools to ensure maintainability, high availability, and compliance with security protocols.
• Drive automation of repetitive tasks within CI/CD pipelines to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee testing strategies, defect management, and root cause analysis to maintain software quality and security.
• Monitor application performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on telemetry and analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field and 5 years’ experience in software engineering at a technology, retail, or data‑driven company.
• OR 7 years’ experience in software engineering at a technology, retail, or data‑driven company.

• Certification in Security+, GISF, CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC.
• Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
