What you'll do:

* Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.

* Drive full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

* Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.

* Lead system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.

* Build AI-driven applications integrating intelligent automation features using multiple programming languages.

* Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through best practices.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements and measurable outcomes.

* Continuously improve processes, tools, and products by embracing innovation and data-driven decision making.

What you'll bring:

* Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.

* Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.

* Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.

* Ability to integrate AI/ML components and develop intelligent automation using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.

* Demonstrated technical leadership with mentorship skills and sound technical judgment for architectural decisions.

* Data-driven decision-making capabilities to define metrics and optimize engineering processes.

* Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.
