What you'll do...

* Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.

* Lead full software development lifecycle activities such as coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

* Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure scalable, resilient, and agile systems.

* Conduct system design reviews to validate quality and alignment with architectural standards.

* Develop AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components to enhance automation.

* Mentor engineers, promote technical growth, and influence architectural decisions.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex problems into actionable technical requirements.

* Drive continuous improvement through data-driven practices and innovation.

What you'll bring:

* Proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation to ensure scalable and resilient systems.

* Strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping to deliver maintainable and modular solutions.

* Experience driving full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.

* Ability to integrate AI/ML components using languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.

* Demonstrated skills in Dev Ops engineering and platform tooling to enhance engineering productivity.

* Data-driven decision-making capabilities to define metrics and optimize development processes.

* Effective collaboration and mentorship skills to support technical growth and team success.
