Job Summary

Lead Developer role focused on advanced Java delivery in a hybrid work model driving high quality enterprise applications and technical solutions. • Design robust advanced Java applications that address complex business requirements while ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability in a hybrid work setting
• Develop high performance backend services using advanced Java frameworks that optimize transaction processing and system responsiveness for global users
• Guide solution design discussions by translating business problems into clear technical approaches grounded in advanced Java best practices and enterprise patterns
• Implement clean modular code structures that simplify future enhancements, integration tasks and defect resolution across distributed systems
• Coordinate with product owners, architects and testers to align advanced Java features with roadmap objectives, quality criteria and regulatory expectations
• Review code produced by other developers to ensure conformity with advanced Java standards, unit test coverage targets and secure coding guidelines
• Optimize application performance by profiling advanced Java services, fine‑tuning resource usage and eliminating bottlenecks in data and network flows
• Document technical designs, data flows and integration points in clear artifacts that support maintainability, onboarding and operational troubleshooting
• Collaborate with operations teams to support smooth deployments, environment readiness and runtime monitoring for advanced Java components

• Demonstrate eight to twelve years of progressive software development experience focused on advanced Java enterprise solutions and real world production systems
• Apply strong proficiency in core Java object oriented design, multithreading, collections and exception handling to create stable and efficient services
• Use deep experience with advanced Java frameworks such as Spring and related components to build modular microservice oriented architectures that integrate with diverse platforms
• Leverage solid knowledge of relational databases and structured query design to implement reliable persistence layers and data access logic for critical business entities
• Bring hands on experience with build tools, version control and continuous integration practices that support repeatable and high quality delivery in hybrid environments
• Show familiarity with secure coding principles, authentication patterns and data protection concepts that strengthen resilience and compliance of Java applications
• Employ clear communication, collaboration and problem solving abilities to work effectively across cross‑functional teams while respecting hybrid work expectations and day shift constraints

Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer or equivalent advanced Java certification preferred
