Whatyou’ll do
- Lead platform level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
- Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure, and reusable development.
- Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting Dev Ops architecture and continuous improvement.
- Manage cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to reduce operational friction.
- Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and uphold technical quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.
- Foster innovation by identifying opportunities for process and product enhancements.
- Extensive experience leading platform engineering and software development lifecycle across multiple teams.
- Proven expertise in Dev Ops architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud‑native platform design.
- Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps and milestones.
- Demonstrated ability to drive technical execution, operational delivery, and system scalability with high availability.
- Proficiency in AI/ML integration and collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.
- Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent while promoting technical quality and continuous improvement.
- Sound technical judgment with adaptability to evolving technologies and complex system architectures.
