The Data Ventures team advances supplier-facing analytics by integrating data engineering, product intelligence, and supplier experience. They develop a centralized, role-aware intelligence platform delivering real-time insights into key business metrics. Their solutions enable dynamic, self-serve analytics and replace offline workflows with AI-driven forecasting and recommendations. Focused on scalable data products, the team directly influences supplier health and supply chain performance. This collaborative environment prioritizes innovation, technical excellence, and delivering actionable insights that empower suppliers to make informed decisions efficiently.

• Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
• Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure, and reusable development.
• Drive full software development lifecycle, promoting Dev Ops architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud cost optimization.
• Guide architectural reviews and system design decisions to ensure maintainability, extensibility, and performance.
• Mentor engineers and managers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to define priorities, unblock progress, and align engineering efforts with business goals.
• Establish and track operational and engineering metrics to assess platform success and guide enhancements.

• Extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives with a focus on scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
• Proven expertise in driving full software development lifecycle, including Dev Ops architecture, CI/CD, and cloud cost optimization.
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to guide architectural decisions and system integration across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects, stakeholder relationships, and aligning engineering efforts with strategic business goals.
• Skilled in mentoring and developing engineering talent to foster innovation and technical excellence.
• Proficient in AI/ML integration and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced software products.
