What you'll do:

• OwntheplatformarchitectureforInternationalPOS
  acrossedgeandcloud—definingthenorthstarforreliability,latency,scalability,andoperabilityforalways-oncheckoutandstoreservices.
• Driveplatformmodernization
  :standardizedeployment(Kuberneteswhereappropriate),strengthenresiliency,andsimplifyoperationssoteamscanmovefasterwithlessrisk.
• Engineerrealstoreconditions
  :designforintermittentconnectivity,constrainedcompute,regionalcomplianceneeds,andoperationalrealities—withoutcompromisingcustomer/associateexperience.
• Raisethebaracrossteams
  :establishreferencearchitectures,goldenpaths,andengineeringstandards;mentorseniorengineers;influencetechnicaldecisionsacrossdomainsandmarkets.
• Makereliabilityafeature
  :buildobservability,SLOs,automatedremediation,and incident-learningsintotheplatform
