UST is searching for a strong Java Full Stack Developer to work on a multi-vendor multi-geo team helping to build a Next Gen High Scale Enterprise Platform.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Spring Boot, Node.js, and React.js.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
• Build and maintain microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and Java best practices.
• Develop server-side applications using Node.js, ensuring efficient asynchronous processing and high performance.
• Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React.js, including component development, state management, and routing.
• Utilise Microsoft Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database for cloud-native application development and deployment.
• Implement Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks and manage database interactions effectively.

• Skills and experiences:
• 5 years hands on experience in Java development at enterprise scale (recent)
• 3 years of recent React experience Strong programming skills in Java, React and Node, including object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and familiarity with Java frameworks Understanding of microservices architecture and experience in building and deploying microservices-based applications
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• Hands on experience in developing Spring Boot applications, including dependency injection, ORM (Object-Relational Mapping), and REST API development Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL
• Proficiency in building server-side applications using NodeJS, including creating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous programming In-depth understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ features, data types, operators, and functional programming concepts
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices, including automated testing, build pipelines, and deployment strategies
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries as per industrial standards, fine-tuned for optimization
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing front-end applications using ReactJS, including components, state management, and routing Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication (written & verbal) skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team are also important for this role.
