Required Skills & Experience- 7+ years of software engineering, test automation, or quality engineering experience.

• Strong hands-on Java development experience with the ability to design and build maintainable, scalable solutions.
• Experience designing, implementing, or extending test automation frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Selenium Web Driver and automation architecture patterns.
• Experience integrating third-party tools and frameworks into existing platforms.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipeline creation.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, branching strategies, and modern software development practices.
• Knowledge of API automation and test automation best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical research skills. Ability to work across multiple teams and drive technical solutions at an enterprise scale.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineering Framework Engineer to join our Quality Engineering organization. This role is responsible for designing, enhancing, and maintaining our enterprise automation ecosystem, including our in-house built test automation framework. The ideal candidate is a strong Java engineer with experience building and extending automation frameworks, integrating new testing technologies, and enabling scalable automation solutions across multiple product teams.

Unlike traditional QE roles embedded within a specific application team, this position serves as a centralized automation expert supporting all this domain's technology teams. The engineer will evaluate new tools and technologies, integrate them into the automation platform, build common automation capabilities, and establish CI/CD automation solutions that improve testing efficiency and quality across the organization.
