Lead platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.

Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development and seamless system integration.

Drive full software development lifecycle across teams, championing Dev Ops practices, CI/CD, and cloud cost optimization.

Collaborate with product and data teams to design and deliver AI-integrated software serving millions of users.

Mentor engineers, promote technical quality, and guide architectural decisions for maintainability and performance.

Manage stakeholder relationships, track metrics, and ensure timely delivery of complex technical initiatives.

Foster continuous improvement through innovation, automation, and effective project management.

Proven leadership in platform engineering, overseeing software and AI/ML system execution aligned with strategic roadmaps.

Expertise in software development lifecycle management, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance across multiple teams.

Strong knowledge of Dev Ops architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud financial management to optimize cost and reliability.

Experience guiding architectural reviews and system design for scalable, maintainable, and high-performance platforms.

Ability to mentor engineers, promote technical excellence, and foster continuous improvement and innovation.

Skilled in stakeholder management, aligning technical initiatives with business goals and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated technical judgment with sound decision-making and adaptability to evolving technologies and priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Option 1:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 7 years' experience in software engineering or related area. 2 years' supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
