The Senior Manager, Software Engineering leads platform-level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and roadmap milestones. This role oversees shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure development while driving full lifecycle management across multiple teams. The position champions Dev Ops practices, cloud cost optimization, and operational excellence. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the role guides architectural decisions, mentors engineering talent, and manages complex technical initiatives to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions that meet business objectives and enhance customer experiences.

• Lead platform level execution of software and AI/ML systems, ensuring alignment with domain priorities and roadmap milestones.
• Oversee shared infrastructure, tooling, and frameworks to support scalable, secure, and reusable development.
• Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, promoting Dev Ops architecture and continuous improvement.
• Manage cloud cost optimization and enhance automation, telemetry, and tooling to reduce operational friction.
• Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, and uphold technical quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.
• Foster innovation by identifying opportunities for process and product enhancements.

• Extensive experience leading platform engineering and software development lifecycle across multiple teams.
• Proven expertise in Dev Ops architecture, CI/CD practices, and cloud-native platform design.
• Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps and milestones.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical execution, operational delivery, and system scalability with high availability.
• Proficiency in AI/ML integration and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.
• Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent while promoting technical quality and continuous improvement.
