JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You must be 18 years of age or older. General job duties for all store team members include having a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle for delivery, navigational skills, ability to operate equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products. Training and orientation are provided on the job. Essential functions include communication skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, making correct monetary change, verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, motor coordination, and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools, and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

SENSING

Talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

TEMPERAMENTS

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Carrying pizzas and beverages during delivery, driving within a designated delivery area, walking between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location, climbing during delivery of product, navigating five or more flights of stairs.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing. Far vision and night vision for driving.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing for most tasks, walking for short distances, sitting for paperwork, lifting bulk product deliveries, carrying large cans and pizza sauce, pushing trays on dollies, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching up, down, and forward, hand tasks including eye-hand coordination, use of hands, shaping pizza dough, manipulating a pizza peel, pinching in assembly of cardboard pizza boxes, grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Team members may use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.

DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

Deliver product by car to the door of the customer, deliver flyers and door hangers.

REQUIRES

Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards, access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
