Entry level Class A Regional Truck Driver

American Driver is seeking Entry Level Class A Regional Truck Drivers based in Bentonville, AR for its Eastern Seaboard regional fleet. This role provides structured, paid training and routes designed for a weekly home reset, using modern equipment and drop & hook dry van freight.

• Pay: $1,200–$1,500 weekly via direct deposit
• Regional routes with weekly home time
• Drop & Hook dry van freight
• Fully loaded, late‑model tractors
• Paid orientation and instructor‑led training, including behind‑the‑wheel mentorship

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and in compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and basic daily vehicle maintenance checks
• Execute drop & hook freight assignments efficiently and maintain accurate delivery records
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding schedules and loads
• Complete required training and mentoring activities to develop safe, compliant driving skills

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Must meet company hiring and DOT requirements
• Completion of at least 120 hours of commercial driving school instruction
