Position
CDL Class A Hazmat Tanker Driver
Responsibilities- Safely operate heavy vehicles over 26,000 lbs GVW
- Transport Haz Mat and tanker freight on semi‑regional routes
- Secure and document shipments
- Perform vehicle inspections
- Maintain cleanliness
- Track working hours
- Comply with traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Minimum 23 years old
- CDL Class A license with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements
- 2+ years recent experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs
- Willingness to obtain TWIC card
- Proficiency with mobile devices
- Ability to operate standard transmissions
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Dependable
- Organized
- Detail‑oriented
- Efficient
- Self‑motivated
- Capable of working independently
- Operate late‑model trucks (Freightliner, Kenworth, Peterbilt) with no‑touch freight
