Location: Bentonville, AR

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Shift Options: 1st Shift (5 AM-3 PM), 2nd Shift (3 PM-1 AM), Tuesday-Friday

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy items consistently (typically up to 30-65+ lbs.)
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods (standing, bending, lifting, repetitive motion)
• Willingness to work in varying warehouse environments (hot, cold, dusty, or non‑climate‑controlled conditions)
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures accurately
• Basic teamwork and communication skills
