SUMMARY:Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy in the warehouse and in the system, assisting with supply planning, managing special warehouse projects and maintaining an orderly warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude, but are not limited to, the following.

• High level of attention to detail
• Maintain and manage inventory, ensuring accuracy, proper storage, and traceability.
• Receive products,verify conditions, and proper documentation.
• Track inventory levels, updating records in inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular auditsto identify shortages, misplaced items, damages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate shipments, includingarranging deliveries, pickups, and working with carriers.
• Ensure accurate documentationof inventory movements, shipments, and receiving of all inventory.
• Assist in implementing inventory control processesto improve efficiency and minimize waste.
• Work closely with warehouse teamsto anticipate material and inventory needs.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancieswith urgency and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with safety proceduresand proper handling of materials.
• Other duties may be assigned or requested.

Mandatories:

• Must pass a background check
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift and/or move boxes weighing between 30-75 lbs
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work flexible hours depending on the business needs
• Starting pay ranging from $22-$25, depending on experience, with increases based on performance, safety and attendance
• Bonuses are available for meeting quarterly goals
• Paid vacation and sick days; PTO starts after 60-day probationary period

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:None.

COMPETENCIES:Demonstrated strong attention to detail. Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift. Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Education and/or Experience:High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Language Skills:Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and work instructions in English. Ability to respond via text or email to common inquiries. Ability to speak and understand English.
• Technology:Ability to use scanners and/or mobile devices to scan products, cases and pallets for accurate inventory and order management.
• Reasoning Ability:Ability to find solutions to warehousing and shipping problems.
• Proactive mindset:Always seeking to get things done before being told to do so.
• Results driven:A passion for excellence and a strong desire to do things right the first time.

Computer Skills:Basic computer skills are a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook. Basic Excel knowledge.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Certified Forklift License strongly preferred.
