Warehouse Associate Part Time

Schedule: Part‑time, roughly 15–25 hours/week; concentrated on receiving and delivery‑prep days, some flexibility on exact shifts

Pay: $17–$21 per hour, depending on experience

Artisan Fine Wine Distributors is a licensed Arkansas wholesale wine distributor serving retail stores, restaurants, and bars across Northwest Arkansas. We represent small, artisan producers, and the warehouse is where accuracy lives or dies: what you receive, pick, and stage is exactly what our accounts get. This is a hands‑on, part‑time role ideal for someone dependable who wants steady hours without a full‑time commitment — and who would rather handle interesting wine than anonymous freight.

• Receive inbound freight; count and inspect against purchase orders and report discrepancies and damage
• Put away product accurately and keep locations organized and labeled
• Pick and pack customer orders against pick tickets with high accuracy
• Stage and load outbound routes in stop sequence for the delivery drivers
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory
• Handle breakage properly and document it for inventory and compliance records
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized — aisles clear, pallets stable, product rotated
• Follow temperature‑handling standards; wine is a perishable product

• 21 years of age or older preferred; applicants 18–20 may qualify under Arkansas law with required written consent
• Able to repeatedly lift and carry 45–50 lb cases and be on your feet for a full shift
• Careful and detail‑oriented — counts and case picks must be right the first time
• Dependable: our delivery schedule depends on the warehouse being ready
• A real interest in wine — no expertise required, but you should want to know what you are handling and learn the portfolio as it grows
• Pallet jack experience helpful; forklift certification a plus but not required
• Able to pass a background check consistent with Arkansas ABC requirements

Frequent lifting of cases up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods in a warehouse that is not fully climate‑controlled.
