Front Desk at Tumble Shine Gymnastics

This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, reliable, tech‑savvy, and thrives in a fast‑paced, child‑focused environment.

• Hours: Monday–Friday | 2 PM – 8 PM

• Greet families with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phone calls, respond to texts, and manage inquiries
• Help with class enrollments, payments, and schedule changes
• Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well‑stocked
• Assist with birthday party bookings, event registrations, and more
• Communicate with staff and customers to keep everything running smoothly

• Has excellent people skills and a genuine love for helping others
• Is organized, dependable, and great at multitasking
• Can stay calm under pressure and keep things running efficiently
• Has strong communication skills (in‑person, by phone, and digitally)
• Is comfortable learning software systems and using basic technology
• Brings a positive, can‑do attitude to every shift!
