Required Qualifications- Doctorate degree (MD or DO)
- 1+ year of experience in ANY of the following:
- Primary Care
- Pediatric Care
- Care Management
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in Kentucky (KY)
This part-time Family Practice Physician role focuses on providing primary care to adult patients only in an on-site clinic setting. The position offers a stable weekday schedule with no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call duties
. Providers with EPIC experience and a strong primary care background are encouraged to apply.
- Provide primary care services exclusively to adult patients
- Manage patient care without pediatrics or occupational health responsibilities
- Utilize the EPIC electronic health record system for documentation
- Dispense medications on-site when experienced and permitted
- Deliver patient-centered care aligned with clinic protocols
- Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- No weekends, no holidays, no on-call
Pay Transparency Compensation varies based on location, experience, and performance. Some sites require disclosure of pay and benefits. This role may also be eligible for bonuses or incentives depending on business needs. The estimated hourly rate for this position is $105.00/hr
