Part Time Instructor / Coach with opportunity for advancement.

We are looking for upbeat, motivated and organized individuals that have a passion for working with children.

A Gymnastics background is preferred but not required for all positions. Training will be provided. Evenings and weekends are required. Travel may be required for competitions depending on the position.

• Help ensure the safety and maintenance of activity areas to be utilized by program
• Develop positive relationships with students and parents
• Keep classes on task and moving
• Assist with decoration of space as needed
• Ensure classes begin and end on time
• Understand and follow [Program Name] class curriculums
• Ensure the distribution of information to participants as needed
• Attend monthly staff meetings
• Notify the class supervisor of any injuries and ensure proper documentation of injury reports
• Keep First Aid and CPR certifications current
• Continue to participate in trainings to enrich your instruction of our participants
• Expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner—including, but not limited to, personal hygiene, work attire and personal social media
• Be familiar with company policy and follow it accordingly

• Marketing help promote any in-house events

• Teach classes according to the schedule provided by your Supervisor or Manager
• Teach classes using the tools/curriculum provided to you by Tumble Shine
• See that all of your classes are properly covered in the event of your absence
• Keep First Aid and CPR certifications current
• Continue to participate in trainings to enrich your instruction of our participants
