** manufacturing facility. Who you are:
Analytical thinker with the ability to break down complex problems. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial engineering.

Experience with material‑flow or material‑handling concepts preferred.  in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
2-3 years of experience in material‑flow or internal‑logistics processes preferred. in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial engineering.
3-5 years of experience with advanced material‑flow strategies such as kitting, supermarket design, or milk‑run systems.

Skills, Experience & Abilities       Knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and material‑handling systems. Ability to design, analyze, and optimize material‑flow layouts and logistics methods.

Familiarity with lean principles and continuous‑improvement methodologies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to simplify complex process issues. Experience developing innovative solutions to manufacturing challenges. Strong project‑management skills and experience leading cross‑functional efforts. Ability to support teams through process changes and new‑system adoption.
