- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports‑related conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals.
- Implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on self‑management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long‑term recovery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and assist with ongoing professional development
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
- Passion for evidence‑based, patient centered care
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, potential sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
