• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a wide variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports‑related conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and patient goals.
• Implement evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients on self‑management techniques, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance long‑term recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff and assist with ongoing professional development
• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)
• Passion for evidence‑based, patient centered care

Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, potential sign on bonus, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
