At H2 Health, you'll join a collaborative outpatient team dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based care. Our Berea clinic treats a diverse orthopedic patient population, including post-operative patients, individuals with musculoskeletal conditions, balance and vestibular disorders, dizziness, and functional mobility limitations. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while working alongside experienced clinicians committed to exceptional outcomes and a positive patient experience.

Your Role:

Physical Therapist (PT)

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Accurately document patient progress and treatment effectiveness.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

  • Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
  • Treat orthopedic, post-operative, balance, vestibular, dizziness, vertigo, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
  • Accurately document patient progress and communicate with the clinical team.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
