Press Operator

Press Operator – Berea, KY

Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour. 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (mandatory overtime starting at 4:00 AM).

As a Press Operator, you will keep the production line moving by loading materials, checking quality, and meeting daily goals.

• Perform production work in a factory environment supporting daily operations.
• Stand, walk, and move throughout shifts while performing assigned tasks.
• Use hands, fingers, and coordination for assembly, handling, and inspection work.
• Lift and transport materials and components (up to 80 lbs occasionally).
• Follow all safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and plant policies.
• Work with or around industrial cleaning agents and manufacturing materials.
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards during production.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineering, and production teams.
• Report production status and any operational issues to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
• Attend and participate in scheduled pre‑shift meetings on time and prepared.

• Diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift (up to) 50 lbs and stack product safely.
• Steel‑toe footwear.
• Flexible with overtime.
• Strong hand skills and the ability to work efficiently throughout the full shift.
• Team‑player attitude; keep the team safe and support the crew.
