Tool and Die Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire
Berea, KY
Pay Rate: $22.94 - $29.96 per hour (Based on Experience)
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Working until 1:00 AM for OT)

Qualifications- Vocational training in machining, tool & die, or equivalent experience required
- Complete working knowledge of tool and die maintenance operations required
- Journeyman’s card preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience with CAD and CNC programming tools (AutoCAD, MasterCAM, conversational programming, etc.)
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and precision measurement skills
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and tooling issues
- Experience with precision measuring instruments
- Ability to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, problem‑solving environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Interpret and work from complex blueprints, technical drawings, and die specifications
- Set up and operate mechanically controlled and CNC machine tools to manufacture precision parts
- Build, repair, and maintain dies and tooling to meet strict quality standards
- Utilize CAD software to design and modify parts and components as needed
- Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues and develop effective solutions
- Operate machining equipment including lathes, grinders, CNC machines, and related tools
- Apply strong mathematical and analytical skills to ensure precision and accuracy
- Continuously problem‑solve to improve tooling performance and manufacturing outcomes
- Follow all safety procedures and plant operational standards
