Summary
Seeking a detail‑oriented Painter/Helper to support paint preparation, application, and basic maintenance tasks in an industrial shop. This role involves surface prep, painting, tool upkeep, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and clean surfaces; apply primers/sealers.
- Mix and apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
- Maintain painting tools/equipment and keep work area clean.
- Collaborate with team, follow instructions, and participate in training.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in painting or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of paint tools and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift/carry materials and follow safety standards.
