Job Duties- Hand-load metal blanks onto the press
- Feed steel through tandem or transfer presses
- Operate press controls with a partner
- Remove completed parts from the press
- Place finished components into designated bins
- Inspect parts for visible defects
- Complete required production paperwork
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all machine-operating and safety procedures
- Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
- Ability to work closely with a press-operating partner
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to handle steel blanks and finished parts
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately
- Dependable attendance and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn tandem and transfer press operations
