Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Flow Line Coordinator III (2nd Shift) based at our Berea, KY manufacturing plant.
What you will do:Coordinate daily forklift builds in SAP/SRM, ensuring timely production and delivery. Manage and distribute key production reports (NRK, POS, weld schedules, special paint cards) to assembly, fabrication, and stores. Monitor part shortages and inventory accuracy; resolve discrepancies and track known reject issues. Support service order coordination and Kanban order entry in AS400. Collaborate with planners, buyers, and supply chain partners to maintain material flow and address backlogs.
Communicate truck re-promise dates and manage Engineering Change Notice (ECN) updates. Ensure all required production documentation is accurate and available on the floor.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Clear and confident communicator across teams and departments. Adaptable and quick to respond to shifting priorities. Team-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
What you will need:Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of manufacturing experience 3-5 years of manufacturing experience in lieu of degree.
Skills, Experience & Abilities- Working knowledge of DFT (Demand Flow Technology).
- Familiarity with assembly and fabrication operations.
- Proficient in AS400, SAP, and NOMS systems.
- Understanding of functions such as planning, scheduling, engineering, and purchasing.
- Solid problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
