Care Med Health Solutions is seeking a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide wound services for residents in long-term care facilities. You will prescribe medications, order tests, review treatments, and coordinate care with facility staff and primary care physicians.
The ideal candidate holds an active Kentucky NP license, board certification, and extensive wound care experience, including chronic and diabetic wounds. Familiarity with EMR and interdisciplinary teams is a plus.
