Industrial Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Install factory and plant machinery and equipment according to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production lines to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations.
• Repair and replace faulty components, parts, and assemblies on industrial machinery and support systems.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure safe and reliable performance.
• Inspect machinery regularly to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment modifications.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance and support continuous improvement of equipment performance.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working on electrical and mechanical systems in the plant.
• Use appropriate tools, test equipment, and troubleshooting methods to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Support efforts to keep the facility's machinery compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berea, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
