As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Berea, OH.
Job Description- Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
- Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and effective lobby engagement.
- Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions and leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
- Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, performing lobby engagement activities and educating customers on options for managing financial transactions.
- Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
- Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations.
- Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all risks associated with business objectives and activities to support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $41,250.00 – $68,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
