- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Care for and build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Properly assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
- Serve as a companion and properly handle household management.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
- Perform light housekeeping activities.
- A passion to serve and help others live their best life possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D certificate.
- Meet passing criteria on the Milimot test.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Previous experience as a caregiver in homes or facilities is a bonus.
