Import Coordinator
Full-Time
• 8-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
Job details will include but not limited to:
- Daily correspondence with overseas offices, vendors, and customers
- Working in the U.S. Harmonized Tariff System
- Coordinating and Managing the transport of International Import shipments
- Preparing International Transit Documentation for Import
- Pricing International Transportation
- Track & Trace International shipments
Candidate to be experienced with:
- Cargo Wise / Wise Tech
- Microsoft Office 365
- Hazardous Materials
- Customer Service – 2 years' experience
- Air/Ocean Forwarding – 2 years' experience
Industry Knowledge of:
- International Freight Forwarding
- U.S. Customs Brokerage Process
- U.S. Harmonized Tariff
- World Geography
Required
Education:
- High School or Equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
