Our story began in 1985 when our founders, two special education teachers, followed their purpose to make a difference in the lives of others. The vision of helping individuals achieve their greatest possible happiness and independence has grown into seven residential homes that are part of our community with caring staff available 24 hours a day.

Throughout the years, we have become big enough to fulfill our vision, while staying small enough to hold onto our founding values. Our leadership doesn't manage from a distance - we are involved in the day-to-day so that we know our homes, our clients, their families, and our team.

The Office Manager is the administrative and financial hub of our organization. This role owns the billing cycles that fund our services, supports payroll and new hire onboarding, keeps our homes and vehicles properly licensed and inspected, and makes sure our staff and clients have what they need to succeed. If you are organized, deadline-driven, and take pride in getting the details right, this is a role where your work is felt every single day.
