Crucial Link is hiring for a 1st Shift Material Handler/Machine Tender – Berea, OH
This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with raises and full benefits once hired on.
Shift & Pay- $17/hr
- Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
You’ll handle materials, tend machines, and support production in a busy plastics manufacturing environment. Ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with overnight work.
Responsibilities- Move, stack, and organize raw materials and finished goods
- Monitor machines and report issues to setup operators
- Perform visual inspections for quality
- Keep accurate production and inventory records
- Follow all safety rules and wear PPE
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Able to lift up to 50lbs (mechanical aids available)
- Reliable transportation (not bus accessible)
- Pass background check and drug test
- Pay raise + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO)
