Position: Machine Operator (End Former)
Description

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. We are seeking and End Form Machine Operator to join the operations team at our Corsa facility in Berea, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

* Read job specifications such as work orders, blueprints, and measurement devices to determine machine adjustments and material requirements

* Set up, adjust, and operate equipment to fabricate parts to specifications

* Observes equipment operation to detect work piece defects or equipment malfunctions

* Remove burrs, sharp edges, or rust from work piece

* Verify parts to specifications and tolerance using proper measurement and inspection equipment

* Identify, tag and remove non-conforming materials

* Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner

* Communicate with other departments as necessary

* Keep work areas clean and organized

* Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety

* Ensure work is done safely, consistently and meets quality standards

* Adhere to all company rules and policies

* Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED

* Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment

* Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.

* Wear required PPE including gloves, safety glasses and hearing protection.
