Experienced MIG​/TIG Welder & Fabricator 1st & 2nd Shift | Berea, OH

TIG / MIG Welder Fabricator – Up to $30/hr

Location: Berea, OH
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st or 2nd Shift

• $2/hour shift differential for 2nd shift
• Weekly overtime available
• Mandatory Saturdays (2x per month, scheduled in advance)

Work on high-quality, precision fabrication projects — not repetitive production.

We’re hiring experienced Welders/Fabricators to join a respected manufacturing team in Berea specializing in stainless steel, nickel alloys, and specialty metals. If you take pride in clean welds, tight tolerances, and blueprint work, this is a strong opportunity.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and specialty metals
• Read and work from blueprints and weld symbols
• Complete fit-ups and fabrication to spec
• Weld in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Maintain high-quality standards aligned with ASME/AWS

• 3+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Ability to work independently and hold tight tolerances
• Experience with stainless or specialty metals preferred
• Welding certifications (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
