About This Rolea motivated and dependable Production Technician to join a modern, high-quality manufacturing environment. This is an 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM position with a 1-hour lunch break, no required overtime, and a strong focus on training and long-term career growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their careers, including recent high school graduates or entry-level candidates, who are interested in hands-on work, manufacturing, and building a career within a stable and growing organization.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn technical processes.
This role offers significant upward mobility into areas such as lead positions, quality, operations, engineering support, and production management for high performers.
Key Responsibilities Assemble, test, and inspect manufactured components/products
Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards
Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and effectively
Perform routine quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
Document production activity and maintain accurate records
Support continuous flow of production in a team environment
Identify and communicate any defects or production issues
Work Environment & Schedule8:00 AM – 5:00 PM1-hour unpaid lunch
No required overtime
Modern, clean, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility
