A manufacturing company is seeking a Production Supervisor to work second shift from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Responsibilities- Have a vast knowledge of machinery including troubleshooting issues
- Oversee all machines, employees, assignments, production, and quality in departments working second shift
- Run or assist with running equipment to ensure setups are completed in a timely manner
- Report maintenance issues daily to plant manager
- Move employees effectively to ensure productivity and enforce employee handbook
- Move parts by operating a toe motor
- Perform other duties as assigned
