· Precision Stainless & Exotic Alloy Welding: Perform expert-level MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding on critical industrial components built from stainless steel, high-nickel alloys (Inconel, Hastelloy, Monel), and other specialty metals.

· Custom Fabrication: Execute full-cycle metal fabrication: layout, fit-up, tack, and final assembly of complex, large-scale industrial equipment. No two jobs are the same.

· Blueprint Mastery: Read and interpret advanced blueprints, engineering drawings, and complex weld symbols with 100% accuracy. You'll work directly from engineering specs on custom builds.

· All-Position Welding: Weld confidently in all positions: flat, vertical, horizontal, and overhead.

· Code-Quality Standards: Ensure every weld meets rigorous ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1/D1.6 quality standards. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, and we don't cut corners.

· 10+ years of welding experience in heavy fabrication, custom job shop, or industrial manufacturing environments.

· Demonstrated mastery of stainless steel and nickel-alloy welding. If you can run a perfect root pass on 300-series stainless with TIG, we want to talk.

· Proficient reading blueprints, engineering drawings, and welding symbols.

· Expert with precision measuring tools: tape measure, calipers, micrometers.

· ASME Section IX and/or AWS certifications preferred (or ability to qualify).

· Self-directed problem solver who takes pride in doing it right the first time.

We put our money where our mouth is:

· Pay: $22 - $40/hr based on experience, plus $2/hr shift differential for 2nd shift.

· Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3,000, paid after 90 days.

· Stable Hours: 55-hour work weeks with consistent overtime in a stable, long-term manufacturing environment.

· 10-hour shifts, 55 hours/week in a non-air-conditioned manufacturing facility. This is real shop work.

· Stand for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs. Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull as needed.

· Work performed inside, underneath, and on top of fabrications.

· Steel-toe boots and safety glasses required. Must have personal welding hood and basic hand tools.

· The Work: You'll work on projects most welders never get to touch: custom ASME vessels, furnace internals, one-of-a-kind industrial builds in alloys that demand real skill.
