Nurse- LPN/RN Full-time Night Shift (Healthcare)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Aristocrat Berea Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high‑quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well‑being while contributing to our mission of family‑focused care.
Compensation- LPN base rate ranges from $28.50 to $30 per hour, based on experience
- RN base rate is $40 per hour
- Shift differential opportunity $2 per hour
- Full‑time nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
- Schedule 1:
Week 1 – Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday;
Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - Schedule 2:
Week 1 – Tuesday, Wednesday;
Week 2 – Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday - Schedule 3 & 4:
Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Saturday;
Week 2 – Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

- Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
