Lead Installer – Sunrooms & Exterior Remodeling
Joyce Factory Direct is hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter / Lead Installer (W2) to support residential sunroom installations for homeowners who have already purchased Joyce products. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role focused on installation quality, craftsmanship, problem solving, and jobsite leadership.
Compensation- Hourly rate: $20–$28 per hour based on experience and skill level
- Experienced installers and lead capable candidates may qualify for additional compensation consideration based on installation background and demonstrated skillset
- Typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Very occasional Saturdays based on workload or customer needs

- Lead residential sunroom installations from start to finish
- Perform carpentry, framing, finishing work, and installation tasks
- Read and execute measurements, installation plans, and specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in real time
- Make sound installation decisions that balance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate jobsite setup, materials, and tools
- Direct and support helper or entry level installers on job sites
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional work environments
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and internal teams
- Follow company installation standards and safety procedures
- Previous experience in carpentry, construction, remodeling, installation, or related skilled trades required
- Experience with sunrooms, windows, siding, framing, exterior remodeling, enclosures, or similar products is strongly preferred
- Strong carpentry and general construction skills
- Ability to work independently and lead jobsite execution
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical work throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Personal hand and power tools are preferred
- Professional attitude and customer‑facing communication skills
