Job DescriptionFuture Remodeling is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to help us showcase our amazing work and grow our online community. If you have a passion for creating engaging content and a knack for spotting the next big trend, we want to hear from you. You’ll be the driving force behind our online presence, creating visually stunning and compelling content across multiple platforms.
This role offers the perfect canvas for someone who thrives on creativity, stays ahead of digital trends, and is eager to make an impact in a dynamic, fast‑growing company.
- Content Creation: Capture high‑quality photo and video content, including drone footage, to showcase projects and company culture. Travel to project sites across New Jersey, New York, and designated regions to document projects at all stages—before, during, and after installation.
- Content Editing: Edit and refine high‑quality, engaging content tailored to each platform to maximize organic reach and audience engagement. Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, visual identity, and strategic objectives.
- Content Management: Organize and maintain all content assets and files with structured storage systems. Ensure timely and secure content transfers across teams and platforms.
- Social Media Management: Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar. Schedule and publish posts consistently across all platforms. Monitor and track platform trends, emerging features, and best practices to continuously enhance content performance. Manage and optimize performance across all current social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Tik Tok, X (Twitter), Threads, and Linked In.
- Design Support: Assist with basic design needs to support marketing initiatives.
- Strategy & Reporting: Conduct social media reporting and trend watching to inform our content strategy and optimize performance.
- Brand Storytelling: Develop creative narratives that showcase our projects, team, and company values in compelling ways.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to create dynamic content for advertising campaigns and promotional materials.
- Trend Innovation: Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to keep Future Remodeling at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Marketing or Business is required;
Bachelor’s degree is preferred. - Experience: 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in content creation and social media management in a small or medium business is preferred.
- Platform Expertise: Good knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience:
Proven experience with content creation (photo and video). - Content Editing
Skills:
Basic understanding of video editing software (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva), with a strong willingness to learn and grow. - FAA Part 107 Certification: Holding or willingness to obtain an FAA Part 107 license for commercial drone operation (training and certification expenses will be covered by the company).

This is an in‑office position from Monday to Friday with job duties that will require your frequent presence at various job sites and events in NJ. You must be willing to travel. Your presence will be needed for content shoots, team meetings, and special projects as required.
