Overview

Wingstop is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join a fast-growing, flavor-focused restaurant team. This role involves preparing wings, sides, and ensuring quality and safety in a high-volume environment.

• Read and understand order tickets and abbreviations to ensure accuracy
• Cook wings to specification using timers and fryer baskets
• Filter and refresh fryer shortening daily to maintain quality and safety
• Follow safe, clean, and sanitary cooking procedures in compliance with health regulations
• Sauce and garnish bone-in wings, boneless wings, and strips
• Prepare side items such as hand-cut seasoned fries
• Package wings attractively to ensure a clean presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and assist in kitchen organization throughout your shift
• Assist with unloading deliveries and lift up to 60 lbs as needed
• Collaborate with team members to provide a positive guest experience

• Fluent in English for clear communication
• Basic math skills to handle money and make change
• Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
• Strong guest focus to anticipate and exceed customer expectations
• Passion for achieving results and delivering on commitments
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
