As a Junior Project Consultant, you will be extensively trained to succeed in a one‑call‑close, in‑home sales environment
. You will work closely with experienced sales professionals and leadership while developing the skills required to perform at a high level.

You will run 1–3 appointments per day
, depending on readiness and performance.

• Structured sales training and field coaching
• High‑quality, company‑provided leads
• Clear performance expectations and accountability
• Progressive responsibility as skills and results improve

• Learn and deliver in‑home sales presentations
• Shadow and progressively lead appointments
• Travel throughout New Jersey to customer homes
• Develop objection‑handling, closing, and consultative selling skills
• Attend weekly training, role‑play, and development sessions
• Build emotional discipline, confidence, and professional maturity

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and professional presence
• High coachability and openness to feedback
• Comfort with commission‑only compensation
• Prior in‑home sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Straight commission with uncapped earning potential
• Majority company‑provided leads
• Enhanced commission opportunity for self‑generated sales
• Expected first‑year earnings: $75,000–$125,000
• High performers earning $150,000+
• Performance‑based bonuses and incentives
